NY/NY III is a housing program administered through the Human Resources Administration (HRA). We provide over 70 units of housing and supportive services to single adults in the Bronx. Program staff is housed in the Harlem United office located at 306 Lenox Avenue in Harlem.
The NYNY III program provides housing and supportive services to chronically homeless single adults who are living with HIV/AIDS and suffer from co-occurring serious and persistent mental illness, substance abuse disorders, or both (MICA clients). Chronically homeless is defined as having spent at least two of the last four years OR one of the last two years on the streets or in a shelter.
