Harlem United only accepts referrals from HASA for its Housing programs. To become connect with HASA, call their ServiceLine, 212-971-0626. Harlem United can provide individual, couple, and family therapy to anyone with HIV/AIDS whether you are currently a client of the agency or not. Please contact Christine Drabek at 212-803-2850 or cdrabek@harlemunited.org to find what program is best for you.

ALL tests Testing hours are 10-4 at 290 Lenox Avenue, Lower level walk-ins welcomed) no weekends hours for HIV, Syphilis and Hepatitis C vaccinations.

We provide free HIV and STI testing Monday to Friday 10am to 4 pm at our 290 Lenox Avenue location. 

For the summer months we have extended testing hours on Tuesdays and Wednesday 10am-630pm

No appointments necessary, walk-ins are welcomed.

Depending on client flow, clients can expect to be seen within 20-30minutes

Blood test are conducted for Syphilis and Hepatitis C testing.  Urine collection is required for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea testing.

You can obtain your Rapid HIV test results in about 20minutes, STI results can be picked up in about 1 week.
