I want to say thank you for your support of Harlem United. Though our agency has been providing hope, health, and healing to Harlem and beyond for over 25 years, blogging and our email newsletter are new for us, and I am excited to be able to communicate regularly with you in these ways.
One of my favorite Harlem United traditions happens this time every year. Each year, we give out grocery store gift cards to our clients to help them celebrate Thanksgiving with all the trimmings!
Giving out Thanksgiving gift cards isn’t an official program and it’s not covered by any grants or contracts. We do it because we believe that Harlem United is a family. Thank you so much for being part of this family with us. Your support not only enables us to continue our work, but to do it with a little touch of something special.
